Refund policy
(This policy applies exclusively to orders delivered and received within the United Arab Emirates)
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
General Return Conditions (Change of Mind):
- Only clothing items are eligible for return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The clothing must be in completely brand-new condition: unused, not exposed to any daily wear or use, with all original tags still attached, in its original packaging, and including all accompanying accessories (such as dust bags, boxes, etc.).
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Perfumes, accessories (such as jewelry, belts, small bags, etc.), and other hygiene-sensitive or personal-care products are non-returnable under any circumstances for change-of-mind reasons. They can only be returned in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or receiving the wrong item.
How to Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at: support@lemomentnoir.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a free return shipping label (within the UAE only). Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away at support@lemomentnoir.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it (replacement or full refund, depending on the case). These situations are covered even for perfumes, accessories, or other non-returnable categories.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Perfumes (including samples or opened bottles).
- Accessories.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or discounted items marked as “Sale / Final Sale” non-returnable unless defective.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible), wait for approval, and then place a new order.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within a few days), we will notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, we will automatically refund the full amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and display the refund in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received the refund, please contact us at support@lemomentnoir.com.
This policy complies with consumer protection regulations in the United Arab Emirates and does not limit any additional rights you may have under applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
